  Pack with Care

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring that fragile cosmetics or skincare bottles are well-protected to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Package

  Attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
